By far the best way to reach me is through email. I check email several times a day and am more than happy to answer your questions.  If you contact me on the weekend or after work hours my turn around time will be slower as I clock out to spend time with my family. Phone calls also work but I am limited by class time and work hours in terms of when I can contact you. Conferences can be set up by request as needed.
